"This property was pretty much as described, and view was nice. It IS up 2 flights of very narrow stairs, not regulation size so had to tread carefully but otherwise fine. PROs: VERY convenient location, walking distance to hockey arena, downtown, restaurants and the walking path around the lake. Newly renovated and clean, nice bathroom/shower, well-appointed and comfortable furniture. CONs: unit was very cold on a weekend that was still "winterish". Wall heaters were not working that we...

"This cute cozy efficiency is just perfect for a single or couple saying in Lake Placid. It's not that far of a walk to downtown especially if the weather is nice and I appreciate the cute little coffee maker for my morning start. Well equipped very modern and clean well use of the space will definitely use this as my go-to in the future. Easy check-in process"
