"This is kind of like staying in a cabin. It is rustic. Very cleanfor an old building. If you look at the pictures it is what it is along with the price. The biggest draw back for us is it reeks from smoke. Whether it's from long time smokers living there or people who live downstairs, I don't know. They don't allow smoking now but it really needs an ozone machine. I hate writing a bad review but you need to look closely at the pictures. "This stay was a homecoming for me, since my parents had lived right on the St. Lawrence, and nearly the entirety of my late mom's family still live nearby. The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit.
