"I was this had nit had a review in a few years so i was kinda nervous but decided to give it a shot nonetheless. Im so glad we did. It was perfect. It was clean and updated (maybe since previous reviews?) And just the right size for the the 4 of us, which included a 16yr old and 14yr pld boy. The boys loved the fishing and caught quite a few good sized fish and used just about every vessal at their disposal. It was so beautiful, peaceful and just what we needed for a regharge! Highly recomend...

"The property was as nice as shown! Well supplied cabin, nicely updated, clean and quiet, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was great to listen to the river at night, and super easy to get to Bolton Landing and other nearby towns. This stay would be excellent for a fly fisherman, with a gorgeous river accessible from a trail behind the cabin. Would stay here again for sure."

"We had a fantastic time at the very cozy and private lake side home in Clemons! The house was well stocked (in the kitchen), was very well insulated so it was nice and cool (the weekend was so warm) and the cross breeze on the deck was amazing! We spent a lot of time on the deck (despite the heat). The property was very private and there wasn’t any reception, but the WiFi worked extremely well, so we were able to stay connected! "Check in was the simplest I've ever encountered using any platform. The house was ready for us at arrival, well stocked with the necessities and comfortable. Even for a hot July weekend, the cabin stayed cool. Bathrooms were great, and having more than one shower was an added bonus for a group of 5. We used the firepit every night, and cooked all of our meals in the kitchen without any issues. It's a quiet neighborhood but only 15 minutes away from endless activities. "It was just like we hoped! A clean, cozy, rustic cabin that allowed us to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the wood burning stove a lot! We loved visiting nearby towns and hamlets and enjoying wineries, craft breweries and local distilleries. "This was a lovely cabin with great river views in a quiet neighborhood. Had a lot of fun watching the boats go by and saw a beautiful sunset. We spent a lot of time in the surrounding areas (Lake George, etc.) and visiting family so didn't spend a ton of time at the property, but it was fully stocked and very comfortable. Steven was extremely helpful and communicative and answered all my questions. "
