"This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We came to Starkville for family weekend at Mississippi State University. It was me my husband, my daughter’s father, his wife and another parent/family friend. The location is fabulous! You’re just steps away from the cotton district and historic downtown. The townhouse was very clean and accommodating. We liked that the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The homeowner left some coffee pods, which we appreciated. There was one problem with a discrepancy...

"For the condition of the property, it was clean and comfortable. However, it was much more run down than I expected it to be. I felt very safe, and the owner was awesome in communicating and providing everything we needed. It is just a much more dated, older house than I expected."

"There were some minor issues but Taylor responded right away and was able to help us get them resolved. Overall a great place to stay if you’re traveling with a family. "

"My friends and I came into town for a Mississippi State football game and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Great shared spaces to hang out, enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, and walking distance to both the main bar street and the stadium. The neighborhood is definitely in the process of revitalization but we had no issues walking through it at all times of day and the neighbors were very friendly, even to opposing fans. Would definitely recommend this...

"Check in was easy and the house was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are a little dated but didn’t bother us at all. The bedrooms and den/dining area were very current and updated. Liked the carport parking as well.Great location close to what we needed and would rent again for our stays in Starkville"
