"Fantastisk sted. Helt centralt på hovedgaden. Nemt at parkere i parkeringshuset og tage den gratis bus til byen, hvor der er 250 m at gå. Rent og indbydende værelse. Behagelig seng og meget stille om natten. Hyggelig gårdhave med en utrolig imødekommende (og omklamrende) kat. Kommer gerne igen. "

"Grand old villa, with grand furniture. Close to Mt Etna cable car, very convenient. Our chef prepared fresh ravioli, and rissoto, plus delicious mains for our meal at night. Followed up with fresh prepared sicilian breakfast in the morning. We got lost due to google maps, and staff came to find us, which was appreciated. Room was comfy and huge, a very enjoyable night."

"We had 2 nights in august 2024. Basically a nice place, with very friendly staff - if you can find them. The place brands itself as being for relaxation - but is in fact surrounded but trafficed roads, neighbours with barking dogs etc - not much relax about it. It does have a very good view at Etna though. The place is generalyl OVERSOLD by Hotels.com, and in fact contain errors in the selling. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony according to Hotels.com, but the room does not have a balcony...

"Elia greeted us on our arrival and he was very nice, sharing information about breakfast and the property. The palazzo was very clean, modern and cool vibe with exposed stone walls and creative lighting. We will definitely be coming back to Sicily and this will be our chosen place to stay!!! "

"The room was clean, but nothing special. The street was very narrow with no place to walk and not convenient to get anyway, thus limiting food choices as well. The host did not provide any information for where to get public transportation or food. We arrived at the hotel at check-in time by taxi, and were stuck the rest of the day and night, with nothing more than a deli and pizzeria on a busy, narrow street with no sidewalk.
