"House location is perfect for Bar Harbor and Acadia. Water way behind house was really nice for kayaks, which are provided with the rental house. Fire pit was a great addition to the house for family nights. Overall, house was great. Could use some updating of couches in first floor living room for more comfortably. No a/c on first floor. If listed in rental I missed it. Temps were higher than expected the week we stayed so it was hot. Upstairs bedrooms and family room were much nicer and...

"Perfect house for family of 8 adults. The location is perfect, nice quiet street, easy walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor and also walking distance (about 1.5 mile walk) to Acadia National Park. The kitchen is well appointed; nice comfortable living room with good WiFi and large TV. Outside, nice area to sit with table and chairs. Robard was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"This house is great. The property is excellent. The indoor pool was a hit. Check-in was very easy. Quiet neighborhood. 25-30 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor. One minor item is you cannot change the temperature in the house. It is set to 77. Too warm on a hot day. But once things cooled down the breeze through the house is great with the windows open. I would absolutely rent again. "

Nice to have access to kitchen and laundry. The only improvement we could think of is the check-in process; instructions weren’t fully accurate and had to work with local host to troubleshoot. "We had a great stay at the property with friends and had a great fun!!. The house is nicely maintained and kids got to enjoy a lot because of the spacious back yard and the games provided.Had a fun night star gazing because of the clean sky alongside the camp fire spot."
