"Heavily misrepresented surrounded on three sides by construction equipments and various piles of refuse. Shed is divided in two, with construction porta potty as only restroom. Shower set up is illegally with dirty shower water going directly onto the forest floor, an environmental hazard. Entire area was dirty and porta potty was full. "This place was absolutely perfect. The cabin is tucked away off the main road so you have privacy but a short drive to Bar Harbor and many Acadia sites. The bedrooms are big with cozy beds. Two full bathrooms was great for our 9 person group of adults and kids. The kids favorite was the loft space with two sun chairs and a view. "We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Loon Song Cottage. The cottage has a screened front porch, which you don't see often in vacation rentals. (So many times I have wished that we could keep the front door open, but can't without a screen.) The cottage is nice and new, and very clean.
