The hotel is clean, well maintain the beds are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The food quality is limited. The menu is ok, but the taste is not always having flavour.

Loved the professionalism of the staff. The morning breakfast is nice. The environment is clean. The rooms are definitely above standard. Quality beds and comfortable/skin soothing sheets. The bathroom shower needs a little upgrade. Otherwise, had an overall amazing experience.

I booked through Hotel.com. I changed my arrival date through the Hotel.com app a few days before I arrived. I also received an email confirming the date change as well as confirmation number. However, when I arrived the hotel, they couldn’t find my booking. They only had the initial arrival date. Also, it indicated another booking app (instead of Hotel.com). Notwithstanding this, the hotel managed to make a fresh booking for the night at same rate. If they were fully booked, I may not have been able to get a room.

Friendly and very clean
This is my second time staying at the envoy and it was great, friendly staff, good food and excellent facilities, a very clean friendly hotel, I would recommend the envoy to anyone looking for a decent hotel in Abuja

Best Hotel Stay for Me Ever in Abuja
This is easily my best stay of any hotel I ever booked through Hotels.com for stay in Abuja or any hotel ever stayed in Abuja so far. The neighborhood is simply awesome. Right from the check-in process, the quality of the service envelopes you completely. ALL the staff were so courteous and ever willing to assist. Ever so considerate when I was running behind for my check out too. Utomi, Simeon at the front desk were truly wonderful - look out for them. Effiong, ever effusive, took me to my room and, my oh my - enter the room and its a totally brand new world. The comfort and function of the decor and furniture is truly commendable. Everything worked perfectly. Fair array of complimentary stuff too. I didn't have to call for anything. Everything needed was already there. The rain shower was the best part. Very refreshing. I wanted my breakfast early at 4am and someone did bring it up albeit a little late but she was profusely apologetic and the food was ok. This hotel is good value for money and I intend to stay here again when I want a quiet ambienced getaway.

Cleanliness and classy nature of the environment however the food and it's services was very poor.The hotel need an excellent chef to market the already existing classy facility.

Poor customer service generally
Generally property is in a good condition as hotel is relatively new. However customer service is very poor. Forced to pay for an additional breakfast even though my booking clearly stated breakfast for 2 inclusive in booking.

Great new hotel in the diplomatic quarter
First off, my room was fantastic. Huge, tall ceilings, private balcony, tasteful decor. The hotel itself is in a perfect location for those needing proximity to the diplomatic quarter— right near the embassies of the USA, UK, Canada, China, and others. Nice pool, good breakfast buffet, working elevators, good wifi. On a nice day, you can even open your windows and wake up to the sound of roosters crowing. Would definitely stay again.
Large, stylish suite.
Beautiful view out the French doors to a private balcony and the undeveloped portion of the diplomatic enclave.

Peace and quiet in Abuja
The Envoy is awesome. Great pool and bar area. Top of the line amenities in the room. Only issue is the location - there is nothing around it.
