"I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. "Amazing stay. Premium facilities and clean rooms. Second time I am staying here in a year on visiting Nigeria. Great experience, lovely menu, reception staff need improving attitude (but that's a management issue), very comfortable rooms. Breakfast menu also needs upgrading. I highly recommend."

"We stayed 5 days and had a very nice stay. The rooms are spotless clean, with a very comfortable bed. However despite of us having booked a suite for 2 people, and clearly stating this on the booking, we only got one towel in the bathroom and also had the same problem as a previous guest regarding only one breakfast being included in the room, which is nonsence, when you stay 2 people.
