"When we arrived the doors to both bedrooms were closed. Upon opening the door into the main bedroom there was a disgusting very strong smell. It stayed for our entire 3 night stay but not as distinct as when I first opened the door. Other than that we had a lovely stay. Beds being an elderly couple we found not as comfortable as we would have liked but got better over the 3 night stay. First night woke all the time. Liked the open space & privacy. "Has a lovely time at the cottage which is in a fantastic position overlooking Monmouth. The cottage is very comfortable with all the facilities you need. Overall an excellent place to spend some time chilling!"

"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was brightly clean with brand new appliances and a shiny bathroom. The beds were all very comfortable, and the lounge had good chairs and sofa. I would suggest a little motion-detector light at the bottom and top of the stairs for those late night trips down to the bathroom. It's also important to understand that Brits and Americans use the word "dryer" to mean different things. We had a great stay and would certainly use this property again."

"This property is wonderful. The property is brand new/recently renovated and this is apparent as soon as you step inside the front door. All fixtures and fittings are of good quality and the charm of the original building such as exposed beams have all been kept. It is in a quiet location with stunning walks and trails on your doorstep but the village is only a 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily come back ourselves."
