"Location was great. Chalet was well equipped with comfortable living space. Relaxing and chilled resort. Beds did not match the rest of the decor. They were low quality and not comfortable. Also the checkout regime of stripping the beds was a bit backpacker esque. Considering otherwise a quality resort. Last point, dog owners. Contrary to online description there are very few places within walking distance to walk a dog. Except along the road."

"Gute Lage, der Fahrradverleih 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Kleine beschauliche, sehenswerte Ortschaften, die mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen sind. Die Busverbindungen z.B. nach Amsterdam sind opitmal. Wer es abends ruhig haben möchte sollte außerhalb des Hafen Viertels buchen. Ab Mitternacht ist es ruhig. "

Property is halfway between Amsterdam and Haarlem. We spent time in both and wish we had more than 3 days. Just a note worth mentioning....... Property is in a commercial/industrial area and there is very little accommodation for basic needs. Good if you have a car. We could not get an Uber to pick us up there. Train is a 12 minute...

"I don't even know where to start - how about the fabulous host Arjan?! He was so quick to respond and answer any questions we had. He was accommodating during our stay and made our experience in Amsterdam one to remember. We had a young child with us and he ensured we had a a pack n play, highchair and toys for her. It was a wonderful spot to hang with friends. We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of space. It was a beautiful location with the backyard area and farm animals. My kids loved...
