"Very beautiful area. Beach was a 2 minute walk from the front door to a powder soft sand beach with teal colored water. Fresh water pool if you don't care to swim in the sea. Super friendly neighbors but lots of privacy. Yvette gave a great run down of the amenities in the neighborhood. Strongly recommend Sunset Pizza right outside of gate to Treasure Cay."

"Property was lovely, with an unobstructed view of the ocean and plenttyyy of patio. Primary bedroom looks out at the ocean, as does the living room/ kitchen. Second bedroom is landside but with direct patio access. Host was lovely, had filtered water in the fridge for us and answered all my questions about how to book a ferry, etc. Thank you Kate!"

"Very well appointed and newly renovated bungalow a minute’s walk from the world famous Treasure Cay beach. Very well maintained community with a nice pool and easy access. Perfect for those that are looking for a quiet getaway on the island of Abaco. Make sure to get groceries in Marsh harbour as Treasure Cay is still recovering from hurricane Dorian. Highly recommend!"

"This was our second time staying here. It is right on the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Water pressure was a bit of an issue but that was all over the area not a specific issue with this unit. Ivan lives right behind this unit so very reachable and responsive. We rented a car, rented golf carts and rented a boat. We hit 7 Cays in 7 days. We would definitely rent here again."

"Comfortable and cozy villa provided a great base from which to enjoy Treasure Cay. Neighborhood pool and beach area were great. Met many friendly visitors. Unable to get a golf cart but found the walk to Bahamas Beach Club to be quite enjoyable along the beautiful beach."

"Travel was easy to and from the house thanks to Ryan’s rental car recommendations. The house is beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice) all newly remodeled with excellent attention to detail and exceptionally clean. We spent our several days boating out of treasure cay marina which was a very short walk right from the house (5 minutes or less). The BVOA community was very friendly and secure with a beautiful pool and security guard making rounds at night making it feel extra safe and secure....

"House did not disappoint. You can hear the waves crashing at night from the house. Pergola out by the beach is very comfortable. Amazing views. Would stay here again for sure. Only surprise was the road to the house from Hope Town is not paved and full of potholes so the golf cart rides are rough."

"We had the best week in this wonderfully appointed 3 bedroom 3 full bath condo. I especially loved the high ceilings and the proximity to the beach, pool and pool bar and grill. "My husband and I just spent 10 days in Paradise. The villa was so well thought out with all the amenities and a kitchen that had everything you could need - even a chilled wine holder in the freezer. We had a hard time with flight delays etc. but the car rental Brian recommended was at the airport when we arrived. Brian checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and his caretaker stopped by twice. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor grill was really nice. I especially liked the water...

"This home sits on a beautiful peninsula in Marsh Harbor. This was our first trip to the area, and we found it very easy to navigate. The great thing about the property is the location with stand-up paddle boarding and snorkeling just offshore - and a dock. The home still needs some TLC s/p Dorian, but the ground team is clearly working on it. Our house manager, Taj was wonderful and very responsive. For example, there was no large pot in the kitchen, and she had one brought over immediately....

"The place was spotless and had all the amenities you could require, including excellent kitchen, plenty of towels and soaps, TVs in every room and beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was accommodating and responsive. The restaurant options in Treasure Cay are limited and fairly basic, so if you are looking for more meal options you will have to drive the 35 minutes to Marsh Harbour. Prestige Car rental offers good cars for less than it costs to rent a golf cart."

"A very comfortable and well equiped house in a beautiful setting. The host ia amazing, responds immediately and very helpful. There are only a couple nearby restaurants you can easily drive to. There are two bedrroms downstairs and the master bedroom is awesome looking out on the water. The second downstairs bed is very high and difficult for anyone a little infirm and the stairs are very steep, so could be a problem. But for young and able bodied group it is awesome accommodation.
