"My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the property. The screened porch was so amazing and the view was oustanding. We could walk over when people were feeding the turtles and rays easily. The directions to find the house were not great and the wifi was spotty. Those were the only things we would improve. Lovely spot!"

"First time traveler to Guana Cay and everything was perfect! The owner was great communicating the location and assisting me in retaining a cab driver in Marsh. Location of this home is walking distance to everything you may need, bars, restaurants, shops, public dock, etc. I did not rent a golf cart but if you want to explore more of the island, I'd suggest calling ahead to reserve. (Guana Dive located near the home rents golf carts.) Overall, the place was perfect and would highly recommend...

"1st off we were switched to another condo without being told. I contacted them a day ahead & had no response. Upon arrival we couldn't get in. Finally a text came saying welcome..were in #24 now. They claimed they told me. Door was hard to open & close. Sliding door is very difficult to open. There isn't a handle outside either making it even more impossible when you're outside. Inside handle was broken too. Also the screws for shutters are left in the wall causing my guest visiting to cut...

"Very beautiful area. Beach was a 2 minute walk from the front door to a powder soft sand beach with teal colored water. Fresh water pool if you don't care to swim in the sea. Super friendly neighbors but lots of privacy. Yvette gave a great run down of the amenities in the neighborhood. Strongly recommend Sunset Pizza right outside of gate to Treasure Cay."

"A very comfortable and well equiped house in a beautiful setting. The host ia amazing, responds immediately and very helpful. There are only a couple nearby restaurants you can easily drive to. There are two bedrroms downstairs and the master bedroom is awesome looking out on the water. The second downstairs bed is very high and difficult for anyone a little infirm and the stairs are very steep, so could be a problem. But for young and able bodied group it is awesome accommodation. You can live...
