"What can I say, absolutely beautiful location. lovely beach and so private. The cottage is charming family cottage. Fresh linens and towels. The lounge chairs with the gazebo were a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. The kayaks were great to explore the cove. We sighted some sting rays and a few very quick turtles. Recommend a car. And we enjoyed exploring the cove in the small dinghy we rented."

"Tahiti cottage at Cocobay Cottage's was exactly as expected from the description. We were looking for a beach property that was simple and give us an island feel. This property checked all of our boxes. The location was perfect, beach was amazing, communication with owners was great and the property care taker Rex was available as needed and so welcoming! We did know ahead of time that we would need to provide our own beach chairs and cooler and you could rent these on island. If you are looking...

"Close to everything in settlement. Everything was as described and we easily used generator when island had rolling blackouts during 2 days of our stay. If both bedrooms had Queen beds it would be great for 2 couples. We got golf cart and were able to go all over the island with our friends he. Would love to build deck so you could have cocktails looking over harbor otherwise not much of a view . Great 7 day intro to MOW."

"The place was spotless and had all the amenities you could require, including excellent kitchen, plenty of towels and soaps, TVs in every room and beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was accommodating and responsive. The restaurant options in Treasure Cay are limited and fairly basic, so if you are looking for more meal options you will have to drive the 35 minutes to Marsh Harbour. Prestige Car rental offers good cars for less than it costs to rent a golf cart."

"Very beautiful area. Beach was a 2 minute walk from the front door to a powder soft sand beach with teal colored water. Fresh water pool if you don't care to swim in the sea. Super friendly neighbors but lots of privacy. Yvette gave a great run down of the amenities in the neighborhood. Strongly recommend Sunset Pizza right outside of gate to Treasure Cay."

"Home was advertised exactly as listed. We had a great stay, and Misty was always available if needed. We had Brenda come cook 2 nights for us which was fabulous! The Bootles got us from the airport and they were lovely as well. Would definitely go back!"
