"When we arrived we were welcomed by the most friendly receptionist Erica. She made us feel at home. It is not possible to say anything bad about this place. Convenient location, friendly staff all over the place, nice clean and well maintained rooms.

My only complaint was that the parking spots fill up quickly. The highlight of my stay was the front desk attendant. He answered my many questions with a smile and knew my name by the end of my second day there. Thanks Azlan! "

"Staff is great, hotel is in a really good location with restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out, and clean. The only negative that I would have is that rooms are starting to show wear and tear, and could use freshening up. "

"Fantastic location in the heart of Chattanooga. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere. Tons of restaurants, parks, and entertainment within a 15 min walk.
The hotel is very nice, just a bit dated. Nice big rooms and a great lobby and pool. The floors are pretty dinged up, but nothing else was too terrible."

The metal bedframes in 602 were a hazard. All three people in the room scratched their legs. My 5-year-old grandson drew blood."
