"Absolutely a great stay. Located in the historic district within walking distance of all things pretty cool in the downtown. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Beds are so comfortable that you don't want to get up in the morning. There's the Chattanooga Brewery on-site for food, beverage and chill time. Parking in across the street in the parking garage for $25 per day...it's a deal. Great staff throughout the whole building. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay."

"There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly...

"Staff is friendly and the location is great. I have stayed multiple times within the past year. This time my AC wasn't working in my room nor did the TV work. It was too late at night to call maintenance. The morning manager was kind, but offered nothing than to have it fixed before my next visit. Not sure if I'll return."

"My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey...

"Hotellet var i gå afstand til alt i byen. Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt, de løb tør for wheat brød den første dag og der kom ikke noget de tre andre dage. Uhøflig personale der ikk engang kigger op og siger hej når man går forbi."
