"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. "Nice hotel."

"Great modern place with friendly people"

"The place was amazing. Location is great. The food is good. Pool is clean ( not heated). Only con is that assumed breakfast was covered since I picked the “ breakfast for 2 package”, however it only covers “ $12.50” for TWO… and the breakfast cost $20+ per entree, so really the option Expedia offers for “ free breakfast” is bullcrap. ON TOP OF THAT, 20% gratuity is included on all bills just FYI."

"Nice view. Bed was not comfortable. Rugs in hallways were pretty old. Restaurant was ok. Pool was cold but was supposed to be heated."

Also old dust was on certain surfaces. It was very noisy from the next room who had a crying smaller child for one hour between 9-10 every night. I complained and the hotel would compensate but did not go through with it and have not responded."

"While the location is close to downtown, our overall experience at this property was extremely disappointing due to major maintenance failures and poor customer service. • Access & First Impressions: Entry to the building is off to the side through dirt and rocks. Inside, there were strange, crusty spots on the carpet that we had to actively walk around. • Amenities: None of the three bathrooms had hand towels-the half bath had no towels whatsoever. Additionally, one of the shower doors was...

"Great location, super close to Old Scottsdale. Staff were excellent in arranging parking and providing tips on the area. Great breakfast restaurant on site! Would rebook for a quick stay close to the scene!"
