"Staff was extremely helpful—ordered us a taxi and had many recommendations to help us find stuff to do. The buffet was delicious and everything was clearly marked with allergens and they were able to answer questions for anything I needed double checked for my celiac. The pool connected to the room was freezing but everything else was very nice"

"First of all, Zakynthos not like use to be. Overcrowded with younger tourists, so the quality is down the whole island what i see. This hotel looks nicer on the pictures than in reality. Lot's of things management don't care about, regarding the earliest I mentioned. Broken tiles, dirty tables, at pool area. Pool at self nice and clean!!
Room could use some upgrade
Little things like bottle water been supplied 1btl at first day, but didn't received any at the rest 2 days.
Me, I don't think I...

9. Hotel Astir Palace
Hotel Astir PalaceZakynthos

"The hotel in general is not well maintained, it's not falling apart though - not yet anyway.
There's loads of noise from the hallway, nextdoor neighbours and especially the upstairs neighbours.
The safety deposit box in the room is an additional €20 which is a bit of a joke really.
There was more artificial lights in the cafeteria than at a dentist clinic. The food was tasteless, but the place was clean.
The bar was your typical all-inclusive; wine as sour as your mother in law and the draught...

"I did not expect much from this hotel, but it was a surprisingly pleasant stay. The staff here did an amazing job. They worked hard to make you feel welcome. The food was plenty, beautiful presented and varies from day to day. The rooms are very clean and fitted with everything you need. The pool area including the bar is perfect sized. The reception only accept cash, but exept from this, the hotel was perfect in every way. Will be happy to come back... "

15. Anastasia Beach Hotel
Anastasia Beach HotelZakynthos
