"It was family friendly, the room was clean. Kids love the water slides. Located at the south end of Myrtle beach which is quieter, but driving distance to all the attractions. We enjoyed our stay. "

"We did a family vacation. It was a great location right on the beach. Great pools and music by the pool. The steakhouse was amazing!!! Hamburger Joe's also a great place. Loved being so close to Barefoot landing and the shuttle was convenient. We also used the spa which was very nice. Not much for night life at the resort, but being a family trip it was fine. "

"I stay here often when I’m in the area due to how friendly the staff is and the easy access to the beach. This visit the water kept turning off and on during shows and when brushing teeth. Never could get an exact reason. Other than that great hotel! "

"I took my 16yo daughter and her two friends for a girls weekend and we had a nice and relaxing time. Pool and beach chairs were available when needed and staff was very accommodating. We had a late flight out our last day and they made it easy for us to utilize the facilities you til we needed to leave."

"The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. "Check-in was easy to navigate. The added amenities (Waterpark and pools) were great as well. The condo does look like the pictures and is updated nicely, however cleanness is another topic. I found hair strands on my bed sheets and the beds lay on metal frames. At night, it does get noisy and kinda of an unsafe area to walk around in (liquor store is on the first floor). Ocean view is blocked by a Days Inn from across the street. "

"We didn't find the parking pass for 3 days. Finally found it on top of the refrigerator. We didn't have any housekeeping services. The website site said there were laundry facilities on property, but we couldn't find any and there was no one to ask. Everything thing was locked and you need a key card to get into like the pool. We only had a code to get into our room. We had access to the beach and our room. "

"Check in process was confusing at first but once you figure it out it is really easy. Room could use some minor updates and better cleaning. Hair in a bathroom drawer with a towel that had an unknown black substance on it. Had a 2 in. x 4 in. section of carpet cut out of it. Other than that, great place with a great view of Ocean Blvd if you like people watching. "
