"Dårlig service "

"Key card never worked. Elevator slow or bugging, corkroach in the shower"

"The rooftop is gorgeous. Wonderfull view. Loved it. We had a room with side view, there was a small balcony (for standing, not sitting) it was nice. Breakfast was great and sufficient. Its not a brand new hotel, but well kept. We would stay again."

"Rent og pænt "

"Rengøring var ikke godt nok mange mangler "

"Suisisisis hshshsha sushisha"

"Did not like the fact that I sent an email explaining that my flight was cancel 18 hours prior to schedule arrival to the hotel. However, I was still charge for that day and was told to take it up with the airline. Upon entering the room it was not service. The bathroom was not cleaning, the soap dishes and commode were dirty. The green blanket on the bed was also dirty. However, my second night in the room the blanket was removed and replace with a clean one."

"Great stay - special shout out to Patrick and Fabio at the reception (thanks for all you help) and Claudio at the rooftop bar for making the perfect caipirinhas and being so helpful and nice!"
