"#1)They checked us into a room that was already being used. We went in the room and someone’s stuff was in the room! #2) After we got a non-occupied room, the air conditioning unit was SO noisy. "No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...

"This was THE best stay. We loved the hotel. Took our two puppies and they also agree. Very dog friendly area - the rooms and public areas are 5 star. ⭐️ clean and modern with very helpful polite employees. Parking is included in an attached garage with plenty of space. Beautiful place!"

Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. "I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna."
