"The property was a good space for a quick city visit. It’s steps from Union Station, so it’s easy to get to via UP Express, GO, VIA, and TTC, which opens up the whole city for travel. It’s also a couple blocks from Front Street and the nightlife there, or a shorter walk up to King for more options. And, it’s between Maple Leaf Square and Roger’s Centre so entertainment is easily accessed. On site laundry, a decent view of Tommy Thompson Park over the Gardiner, and easy access to the building...

"The location is fantastic, steps away from CN Tower and many restaurants. Check-in instruction is clear. You just pick up & drop off the key at the front desk, very convenient. Host / management is very responsive. The apartment is as shown in the listing. It is clean and comfortable. Though, it does need TLC. Bathroom and closet doors are hard to close as the hinges are loose. A parking fob would be nice so we don’t have to ask front desk to open the garage door every time. Other than that,...

"Amazing property. Very clean. Bigger than I thought it was going to be. Excellent party of the city, walking distance from almost everything. The noise in the alley was rough in the mornings beginning around 6am. Made sleeping difficult. Would absolutely stay there again. "

"The unit was missing basics for an aparthotel such as garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and paper towel. I can live with that, but the host made a mistake with the checkout time they listed on Expedia and then refused to honour it. Late checkout was one of the reasons I picked this place! They unsympathetically rushed me out before the listed check out time (due to their mistake!!) and I ended up missing a day of remote work as I was kicked to the curb with my bags. "This was a great place to stay. It is managed like an air b&b so you don't do the desk check in. You call and then they give you a building code. The key is in the room. The place was very nice. Much better than a hotel. 2 rooms, kitchen, living room, wifi. Close to everything downtown Toronto."

"The apartment was very nice and clean, we had a great stay. Communication may be difficult at times but I was able to get a hold of someone eventually and they answered all my questions. The deposit was done through an etransfer and should be refunded within 24-48hrs, so we will see. "
