"Our family had a nice stay! Other than a slight confusion on the room type we booked vs what were initially given, it was quickly resolved, and we stayed comfortably in the suite we booked. The staff we encountered were all very nice. Our room was very clean and had great amenities making our stay comfortable, especially the washer and dryer onsite. Only downside is that the shower in the suite doesn’t have a door to close off from the bedroom, which was a little inconvenient for us when kiddos...

I understand there are issues that can happen but you don't charge people full price when you don't have full water pressure to take a shower and shut off water during the day for 3 hours. "Our room was spacious and clean. The TV had many issues, mostly with the remote. It was not easy to navigate, especially the volume. The channel guide was useless due to "no information available". The satellite (?) or cable had many buffering delays. The restaurant offered breakfast, but coffee and tea was not available (!?!) This hotel was not located near a coffee shop, anything around was a 5 min drive."

"This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable."
