"Since rebranding to Hilton from Holiday Inn you would have never known unless you’re local. The new hotel name brings in renovation and upgrades the whole hotel but took out the pool to replace it with a bar/restaurant. Rooms were clean and pillows were comfortable. The best part is the parking garage so you don’t have to worry about finding parking on the street.($20 fee) "

"I was skeptical reading the other reviews recently, but I’m really glad we chose to stay here for a night, after going to a White River Amphitheater concert. Check-in around 5pm was so smooth (wasn’t charged the $60 cash deposit even though we had it ready) and we were unexpectedly upgraded from a queen to a king bed in an spacious ADA accessible room because there must have been vacancies. "Perfect location with dock access and incredible views from the harbor. Immaculate, well appointed rooms with fresh, comfortable decor. The walk down to the dock from upper level rooms is very steep and not for those with mobility issues. Consider a lower level room if you have mobility limitations. Property exceeded expectations."

"Fantastic beautiful victorian style B&B! My wife and I stayed here and loved the service and atmosphere. When we arrived the hosts had been sweet enough to take it upon themselves to upgrade us for free to the suite room, since no one was using it that day.
