"We had a great stay overall. My only issues were the carpet in the room could benefit from a professional cleaning as there were stains and the beds were hard and the pillows were flat. Not the most comfortable sleep but the room was clean and staff was fantastic. "

"Each room and floor was unique. The fireplace area is a vibe. The bars on each floor are just amazing and the staff and security goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. The elevator was out when we checked in and was repaired by the following morning. You really need to stay and try a package or stay when there is a show. And wander in your bathrobe. That's my favorite part! "

"Fantastic beautiful victorian style B&B! My wife and I stayed here and loved the service and atmosphere. When we arrived the hosts had been sweet enough to take it upon themselves to upgrade us for free to the suite room, since no one was using it that day.
