"Very friendly staff, great surfing school, lame housekeeping.. Total disaster is the bar/club next door with very !loud! music till after midnight EVERY night - good luck with sleeping. It is purposingly not mentioned in description of the hotel when booking. Talked to the staff about it and they know what it is like but nothing can be done about it.."

"The room itself was clean, but it was labeled as a partial ocean view room that is on the first floor about four feet from the parking lot, and the only way you could see the view is if you had the curtains open so that everyone saw into your room and if you were looking over the hedges to see the ocean.
Otherwise, fantastic location, nice room, and enjoyed our stay. Plus the cleaning was phenomenal."

"We have stayed at other places where we had a stove to cook breakfast, no stove, and a leaky coffee Our bed was very uncomfortable, two twin mattresses making a king size bed, the middle of the bed had an indent where the two mattress edges meet, it caused us to put pillows to cover the rough sunken indentation in the middle. The bathroom shelf was loose. Hopefully they get to fix the problems. The place is in a quiet area and near to everything needed."

"I booked a room for two nights only to discover less than an hour before check in that the reservation was canceled. Multiple possible reasons were given without a definitive reason. Upon reading the list of possible reasons, I learned that they don’t accept reservations less than 48 hours in advance.
I don’t know if this is an oversight by the owner of this property, or Hotels.com.
I had confirmation of this reservation. Fortunately, being off season, I was able to find alternative...
