"This is a fantastic budget find. The property is 12 minutes from downtown and it’s close to a Lyft bike rack for easy mobility around the neighborhood ( or further if that’s your thing). However, it was a little musty. It smells like water damage or something along those lines. The property itself is clean so I’m fairly certain it’s not a hygiene problem. Maybe an air purifier would help with this. The second bedroom is also quite small. It has a twin bed (think college dorm but smaller). If...
