"The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly."

"I wouldn’t give them less than 5* because they are very nice and the rooms, bedding, common areas are very nice as well but the housekeeping staff is not top notch. We stayed here last year as well for a conference and the room wasn’t cleaned after we left the first morning. After returning at 10pm that day, we had to ask for fresh towels so we’d have them for the next morning. This time, the water bottles in room were not sealed and had a sip or two out of one of them….also there was a good...
