We fell in love with the way this place makes you feel the moment you come up the driveway. The views stretch for miles, the sunsets stop you in your tracks, and at night the sky opens wide with stars. It's the kind of place where your group settles in, exhales, and stops checking the time.

Your arrival starts at a private gate and climbs a long country drive to the top. By the time you park, everyone in the car has stopped talking.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the main house, mother-in-law suite, lower level entertainment spaces, the pool and sport courts, and the detached Clubhouse. The mother-in-law suite has its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, and full kitchen.

OUTDOORS

Every group does the same thing when they arrive. The cameras come out. One guest called it a little piece of paradise. That's what the days turn into up here — lazy afternoons, retelling the day's best stories with sunset drinks on the front porch, and evenings with too many stars to count.

About the pool: open early May through mid-October, heated and ready June through August. In May, September, and early October we heat it on request for $100 per night for the length of your stay, $300 minimum, with five days' notice. Once we start heating, it stays warm through checkout. Message us and we'll have it ready before you arrive.

Country living: cattle and sheep graze the pastures around the property. They aren't part of the guest areas, but they're good company from a distance, and the kids usually can't get enough of them.

THE KITCHEN

Feeding 20 people is the part most groups worry about. The kitchen is built for it — a large island, double ovens, and indoor dining that seats your whole group, plus poolside seating for 16 when the weather cooperates. Guests routinely cook three dinners together here without anyone getting in anyone's way.

THE CLUBHOUSE

A detached, glass-front space built for entertainment, and far enough from the house that anyone can turn in when they're ready, without the group having to call it a night.

Whoever wants to keep going can. Pool table, poker, golf simulator, or a long soak in the hot tub well after the house has gone quiet. Nobody sleeping in the main house hears any of it. Early risers get their morning. Kids go down on schedule. Nobody has to whisper.

GOOD TO KNOW

Farm setting. We're surrounded by working Kentucky farmland, and it's part of why the view looks the way it does. It also means a fly or a ladybug occasionally finds its way inside. We keep a professional pest service on a monthly schedule year round. Farm country comes with a little company now and then. We think the view more than covers it.

EV charging. There's a Level 2 charger on site with both a Tesla connector and a built-in adapter for other EVs.

Travel insurance. We recommend it. Plans change, and insurance covers what a cancellation policy can't.
