"We had a great stay. Very cute historic hotel walkable to many places. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Front desk staff was ver friendly. The only downside is not any parking nearby and valet is $45 a night. Also, most of our stay only one elevator was working which meant about a 20-30 min wait for an elevator or walk up 14 flights of stairs. Overall would stay again, just hope they get the elevators fixed. "

"Hotel room was large but a bit worn. Breakfast was not impressive. Very good location."

"Fine place to stay close to the airport. But don't expect to be able to walk anywhere from the hotel. There are things close by but it is not possible to walk anywhere - there are no sidewalks and even if you risk walking on the road you won't get far as the roads end in bridges or hight differences in the terrain where you cannot walk or cross. There are free shuttle bus ever 20 minutes though."

"Enjoyable stay. We were there for a conference. Nice conference facilities. We enjoyed the bar after our event but disappointed that snacks/food wasn't available on Friday or Saturday night after 10pm. We had a nice spacious room."

"Everything about the property itself was very nice. The location is on the south side of town and a little sketchy in appearance but we felt safe. This area is being revitalized and will soon be a major draw."

"Værelserne på hyatt house var meget slidte og airconditioningen larmede virkelig meget. Det var svært at sove uden ørepropper med aircondition tændt. Servicen var god i receptionen, men vi måtte flere dage spørge til manglende basic ting til morgenmaden. Vi måtte også spørge til rengøringen af poolen, som så ret beskidt ud, men der sendte de en ud og gjorde den ren. Alt i alt en middelmådig oplevelse, men ok ift prisen."

"We loved everything about our stay. Close to everything including the river trail, shops, grocery, dining. Cool pool, a bit small though. Good gym and easy checkin process with a cool little coffee shop to boot. Very nice, highly recommended. "

"Directions on the whole parking and check in process need to be a little shorter. There was no tv in the master bedroom, despite the fact that there are pics of a tv online. One of the mirrors in the other bedroom was dirty so I cleaned it. There was also some blue crusty stuff on the side table in the master. I tried wiping it, but it probably needs to be scraped off or cleaned with a wet cloth. The carpet felt crunchy under our feet. There was a huge spill at the entry of the building that we...
