"Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "

"Our first room had a dead cockroach by the entrance. The room smelled like mildew & there was another bug in our room. I called to get our room changed & they accommodated us. The second room smelled nice and it was very clean. Took both of my daughters to this resort and we loved it. The coqui water park was a lot of fun as well as the beautiful Palomino island. The food and drinks are expensive, the only place we enjoyed was a restaurant in La Marina which we had to take the funicular to get...
