"This was a return visit, which means we liked the previous stay, and happy to say that hotel has only improved its services since then. Grounds kept in excellent condition. Staff very courteous and friendly and helpful. Amazing beach and great service. "We had a good stay. Clean, quiet and very safe with a 24 hour gated entrance. One thing I wish I knew is Grand Solmar and Solmar Resort are two different resorts that are side by side. "Our stay at Médano Hotel and Spa in Cabo Mexico was marred by some challenges. Despite reaching out via email prior to our visit, we received no response. Additionally, we were assigned a room behind the pool bar and despite our requests, we were not relocated during our 6-day stay.
