“Looking forward to a return visit!!!”

This hotel was fantastic! From the wonderful room, great service, fabulous food, and striking city views. We thuroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and have added it to the list of places for a return visit!

The Grand Tikal was a great hotel, especially for how realatively cheap the rooms was! The staff was very courteous, food was excellent and the attached mall and movie theatre were very handy! We would definetly stay there again!

We stayed here with our family of six on three separate occasions during a 10-day trip to Guatemala. This is a great hotel - one of the best I have stayed in. The service was fantastic. Every request was accommodated quickly and politely. The hotel shuttle service to the airport was efficient and free. The rooms are clean, and the views wonderful. The location is great - next to some of Guatemala's best shopping and restaurants. The pool and exercise facilities are top-notch, particularly for this part of the world. The food was fantastic. Be sure to try the stone oven cooked pizza in the main restaurant and the Japanese restaurant on the first floor. Both foods were some of the best we have tasted. We would return to this hotel in a second.

“nice hotel in Guatemala”

i was there for 4 nights it was clean and the staff was very helpful and it has a mall with in the building so you don't have to leave to go shopping love it!!!

“excellent Hotel, good location, Courteous staff”

5 star hotel with excellent breakfast buffet, there are 6 shopping centers within 5 to 10 minute walk, including 2 in the hotel complex. Does not have a 2 bed suite only 1 king bed suite, or a 2 bedroom suite is lacking.

We will be useing this hotel many times in the future. The breakfast is great, the hotel staff very friendly, and the overall experiance was great. They are also directly connected to a mall with a food court witch made it very convienent.

“It is an amazing place”

We loved this hotel, the staff is wonderful and helped in anyway they could... The hotel is beautiful, the pictures on the hotel site does not do it justice... When we go back in a few months we plan on staying there again... I can't say enough good things about it...

“Guate. City luxury”

We picked this hotel because of its close proximity to shopping, etc. We didn't know til we got there how nice it was. Our beds were wonderful, the softest sheets I've ever slept on in a hotel, and the comforter was wonderful. The staff was friendly, most had excellent English, and went out of the way to make us comfortable. We will definately go back.

“Fantastic Guatamala Hotel”

Beautiful Hotel and wonderful staff made this a wonderful visit. Stay on the loung level for coffee ion am and cocktails and treats in the afternoons. Rooms spacious, clean and well appointed. Several restaurants in the hotel were excellent. Nice pool and gym.
