"The room had dead cockroaches had three remotes but only one worked there's prostitutes walking in the parking lot there is constant parties and drugs being done outside your room this place is horrible do not recommend did not sleep all night in fear somebody would come busting through our door or break into my vehicle because they were parting right outside my window"

"This “hotel” was more like a “timeshare feel” since check in the ladies in the front start asking if we’re interested in joining whatever program etc etc… they messaged my cell phone about 5 times a day to advertise their food+drinks. Did not like that. Our room was dusty and the water in the tub wouldn’t drain properly. While the property looked decent (outside) we wouldn’t stay here again."

"Roomy villas, nice pool, loved the text messaging help line"

"Room was quite a downgrade from what we stayed in last year. Bed looked like it was a mattress on a rollout. Very low to ground. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Very little coffee in room. Checked in with only three washcloths. Had to do laundry to get clean ones because they had a shortage. Otherwise a beautiful property and location."

"There was no one at the front desk we waited about a hour for someone to come we called customer service twice to get someone to the front desk even though we arrived during their business Horus from 3pm to 11pm"

"Lovely villa. All the amenities and comforts of home. Parking was close. Location was excellent: 10-15 mins from everywhere we wanted to go. Went to the R & B tour (Usher & Chris Brown) which was 1 hour from State Farm due to traffic. A time was had."
