"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"My husband & I came on a couples trip. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, nice and friendly staff - very efficient. Only down is that there is no spa, but maybe that's a future goal 😁 I would recommend this property to everyone 💝"

"Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo"

"The check in process was very odd. A link was sent prior for pre-registration but it didn’t work. I had to go to the 3rd floor to check in. Once there the person asked if I completed registration and I shared the issue I had with the link and he proceeded to tell me it works so I showed him on my phone. He sent another link and I had to sit there and complete it instead of them checking me in like other hotels (not very welcoming). They never explained how the key fob worked so when I tried to...
