"Blindsided. We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration. My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year. Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. Why is this upsetting- first, because it's new and I was unaware. Second, it's per vehicle, so that was a $300 expense that I didn't expect...

"Perfect staycation site for downtown events! Spent my birthday weekend downtown and it was a perfect spot to rest away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get everywhere. Great amenities! Spacious rooms and bathrooms."

Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point."

"3.5/5 for cleanliness. The walls, floors and baseboards of the units need to be cleaned and/or repainted. I looks like someone previously threw a party and scratched/scuffed up the walks badly. Also the party bike that you pedal rides through this neighborhood with music play just as an FYI The kitchen did have just about everything needed from a blender, to can opener’s, cookie sheet, etc. "

"The apartment was exactly as described. Great location, close to many downtown attractions and food options. Everything we needed was supplied, such as plenty of towels, bedding, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap and sponge, and extra trash bags. There was even a Brita water filter in the fridge, so we didn't need to buy water. The instructions on how to get in and get to the apartment could be better.
