"Overall, we were really happy with this place. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. Having the little store across the street was very convenient, and the property is just a short walk from the airport. It took us a little while to realize that the gate to the property slides open (i.e., you don’t need to open the locked door in the gate), but once we figured this out it was fine. Also, we had one of the towel bars fall out of the wall in the bathroom ( just not anchored...

"Everyone was gracious from beginning to end. At first I thought they forgot to mop the floors. By the end of day 3 we realized you needed to sweep often due to dust and sand. We had 3 separate AC remotes to control each bedroom and kitchen/living room area. A few times the wi fi went out but after sending Jessi a text, he fixed it immediately. We would also like to give a shout out to 'Polos golf carts. It broke down and they came to help us in a timely manner. Favorite places to eat; Island...

"Cozy Flat was perfect for us! Samantha and Natasha were amazing! When we arrived, we couldn’t get the bedroom AC to turn on. They addressed it right away. In record time they had it fixed, less than two hours from we messaged them about it. The place was very clean and had excellent eating spots close by. It’s about a fifteen walk or short cab ride to downtown which was fine for us as we liked staying just outside of the town centre. We’d stay there again."

"We loved our stay here. The condo was really spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and the hammock on our balcony that we could lounge in. The lounge chairs on the docks were comfortable and the view beautiful. It was easy walking distance from restaurants and entertainment without all the noise of being right next to those places. We would highly recommend this place."

"This property is managed by Vacasa and it's a nuisanse. When you're traveling you'd appreciate having all the information in one source. Unfortunately, in this case VRBO site merely redirects you elsewhere which is often inconvenient. They stay itself was pleasant. The staff was responsive and accomodating. We found the $15 AC surcharge a bit strange and actually a bit spoiling the impression. I doubt it's a good business model (we didn't take it)."

"The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. I think the rate is high for now , once the property is completed it would definitely be a place id go back to. "

"Clean, loved the pool, doc, games and deck! Was nice to just grab a beer at the front desk. Helpful with restaurant suggestions and taxis. Very clean and easy. Just far enough from the main downtown so was quiet but very easy to walk or bike around. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a great stay with two boys under four years old! The location was great as it was out of the busy part of town and right on the beach. It had a well cared for pool! Kitchen was well stock with all we needed. Air conditioning is a big plus. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived but a maintenance person arrived just as we went walking and they replaced the fridge before we returned!! We had everything we needed!"

"What an amazing place right on the beach. We were the only ones stay at the beach property. Loved the lounge chairs, hammock, kayaks. Had communication problems with the property manager at times. No one around upon arrival and no instructions for wifi and TV. He did make arrangements for private snorkeling and fishing tours. The place does not have a hot tub as listed in amenities. The location is ideal at the quiet end of the sidewalk."

"This place was in the perfect location for us! We could walk everywhere in a few minutes. Loved how close it is to the beach! Pool was a plus for just relaxing too! The living space in this unit was perfect for the 6 of us."
