Our only note was that because there’s a boat to/from town means you can’t stay out too late in town because the last boat back is 9-10pm. All good for us since I was there with older family, but something to be aware of for younger people looking for nightlife!"

"Owners/managers were always responsive and in a very timely manner from very beginning. Answered every question I had. Once there, staff were immediately responsive to requests, needs or questions. The home is spacious, clean and has two futon beds in addition to bedrooms so the 6 of us each had our own bed. "Did not give us an accurate address, spent 45 minutes walking around to try and find it. VRBO manager had no idea we were coming. Several dogs barked outside our door for HOURS on end. Bathroom had ramen noodles in the drain?"

"We had a great stay with two boys under four years old! The location was great as it was out of the busy part of town and right on the beach. It had a well cared for pool! Kitchen was well stock with all we needed. Air conditioning is a big plus. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived but a maintenance person arrived just as we went walking and they replaced the fridge before we returned!! We had everything we needed!"

"We loved our stay here. The condo was really spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and the hammock on our balcony that we could lounge in. The lounge chairs on the docks were comfortable and the view beautiful. It was easy walking distance from restaurants and entertainment without all the noise of being right next to those places. We would highly recommend this place."

"The cottage worked well for us, and Michael was very helpful - brought more spoons and water when needed etc. We liked the low key nature of Caye Caulker but having come from another Island where the children could play and swim freely, the pool at the cottage was too deep and coated in sharp concrete that caused grazes, and the only place to swim on the Island is the split where the music was so loud at the weekends- so I’d recommend for adults and backpackers but not really for children."

"I do not have enough good things to say about this property. Gregg is a fantastic and helpful owner. The rooms are modern, clean and fully equipped. Great water pressure. Pool was clean and refreshing. Cold beers on site. Fully fenced in property with bikes and kayaks for exploring. Awesome dogs on site. "Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life."
