The photos show the property in summer, when everything is green and vibrant.

In winter, the scenery becomes calmer and less lush, offering a peaceful alpine atmosphere with a completely different charm.



Professional Cleaning

The villa is professionally cleaned and prepared to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire water house, including the terrace.

Bathroom facilities (showers and additional toilets) are shared and located nearby, similar to a small camping or glamping setup.

Outdoor areas and lake surroundings are shared with other tiny Houses on the property.



The Neighborhood:

The Tiny House is located in a natural lakeside setting near Zweisimmen.



Please note: The property is located in a lively area. Behind the accommodation there are railway tracks, with the GoldenPass panoramic train to Gstaad passing approximately once per hour during the day. In front of the lake there is also a main road, so you may hear passing cars and occasional train noise. The location is therefore not completely quiet, and we want to mention this transparently before booking.

From the villa, you can easily reach some of the most beautiful regions in the Bernese Oberland:

- Zweisimmen – approx. 5 minutes

- Gstaad – approx. 15 minutes

- Saanenland region – charming alpine villages and hiking areas nearby

- Interlaken – approx. 1–1.5 hours

- Lake Thun (Thunersee) – approx. 45–60 minutes

- Public transport is available from Zweisimmen, connecting you to the wider region.



Other Things to Note:

- Fishing is not permitted, as the lake is a protected natural habitat and home to noble crayfish.

- Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00

- Compact tiny-house style accommodation

- Shared bathroom facilities (glamping-style)

- Nature setting (possible insects, outdoor sounds, etc.)
