  • Quietly situated, renovated, light-flooded 1-room attic flat (50 m2) with a view of the surrounding mountains in an old Engadine house in a historic neighbourhood on the edge of the village towards S-chanf, below the Lyceum Alpinum, WC, shower, towel warmer and underfloor heating. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, WLAN (free of charge), satellite TV, DVD, radio, ski and bicycle room as well as washing machine and tumble dryer (free of charge) in the house, garden access, car parking space in neighbouring garage, pets not allowed, non-smoking, central location to shopping facilities, mountain railways and 18-hole golf course in Zuoz (3 minutes by car). Horse riding, carriage rides in S-chanf (5 minutes by car), nearest bus stop 2 minutes walk from the flat. Railway station 10 minutes walk from the house.

    Other sports and leisure activities: Winter: In the Corviglia/Piz Nair, Corvatsch, Diavolezza /Lagalb and Zuoz ski areas, as well as the smaller and finer areas, skiers and snowboarders have fantastic pistes at their disposal. Glide on the long, narrow boards through the impressive landscape in all its facets. Whether in the elegant classic style or the dynamic skating technique, you can experience Nordic skiing in its own dimension on the varied kilometres of trails. Experience a touch of winter wonderland on our enchanting winter hiking trails. Summer: The high valley of the Engadin is a true hiking paradise. The contrasts that characterise this region cast a spell over everyone. The sun-kissed Engadin offers families a very special mountain summer, with plenty to discover and experience. Magical light in the wild yet idyllic high valley, inspiring expanses and a programme rich in contrasts, for pleasure bikers, sports enthusiasts or those who love to explore, there is something to suit every biker.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of pleasure trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.


    In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
