"They bought coliseum tile for the entry & bathroom & it has many many indetations & they fill up with dirt & are hard to clean & I could see a lot of indentations filled with dirt, & I know about the coliseum tile because I have it in my house, & it is NOT a good tile for a heavy traffice area like a hotel/motel because it is hard to keep the indentations clean.

"It was everything expected for a reasonably price. Fast wifi, clean rooms and a great sized mini fridge. With a separate freezer unit, better than the expensive hotels. Pet friendly and friendly staff. We arrived late into the morning after work around 1 a.m. and staff was quick and polite to check us in. Hallways/stairways were a bit dirty, just needed a vaccuming. Overall very satisfied with the stay. "

"Rochester may not be the most exciting city in the US but the hotel was a pleasant and convenient stop over on a drive across the country, with a small pool and hot tub. The spicy ribs at the Thai restaurant downtown are not to be missed!"
"Sleep Inn staff were very helpful to me when I lost my keys and needed to get to my Mayo appointment. They, the shuttle driver and a few guests were so helpful to me to be able to just make my appointment. The quiet, cleanliness, overall room accommodations were wonderful! "My children and I were in town for a concert and we couldn’t camp another night; I called early in the morning and asked if there were any rooms that we could check into right away because we had barely slept, the woman at the front desk that day was absolutely wonderful, she waited on the phone with me to make sure my reservation came through and she assigned us a room that we could check into early. 10/10 Will definitely be back.
