Create the most beautiful memories by the sea as spring approaches, when it is just warm enough to take your coat off. The centre of Zoutelande has all the amenities you need; a bakery, and a supermarket, but also several nice boutiques and specialty shops that will surprise you when you visit them. Zoutelande is also a great place for the senses, with pleasant restaurants and terraces offering delicious food and drinks. The village is surrounded by high dunes and vast sandy beaches, and you can see the boats sailing close by from the promenade. A unique experience! These beaches are famous for their south-facing aspect and an unusual interplay of wind and water gives Zeeland the highest number of sunshine hours in the Netherlands.



Daily arrivals are permitted, except on Sundays. During holiday periods, only weekly rentals are available.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m., and on your departure day, you need to vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. Please return the key to the designated location where you picked it up.Any baby cots available do not come with bed linen, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can check your booking to see if this applies to you.Overnight guests must be registered in advance, and they are only allowed to stay once approved. This is subject to the payment of bed linen and tourist tax.Pets may be permitted; this will be indicated in the property information. Please inquire about this option. As the owner, you are responsible for your pet and must ensure that they do not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings can be arranged upon request.
