Step outside and within minutes you can be walking along the shore, browsing local shops, or settling down at a nearby café or restaurant.Set on the edge of the village centre, the apartment offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful base with everything close at hand. From the balcony, you can look out over the dunes and the village, while the sound of the sea adds to the relaxed atmosphere. It is a charming spot for two guests, or two with a baby, who want to enjoy Zoutelande without needing a car for the day.

The apartment is located in a small-scale building and offers beautiful, wide views over the village and the dunes.The living room is furnished with a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a dining table with four chairs. It is a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast together, make plans for the day or relax after time spent at the beach. A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available.The open kitchen is practical and well equipped with a 4-burner stove, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machines for both Dolce Gusto and filter coffee. Everything you need is there to prepare a simple meal or your first coffee before heading out.The bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, bedside tables and a wardrobe. It is a pleasant and restful space to unwind at the end of the day.The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and towel radiator. Freshen up after the beach and get ready for another relaxing day by the sea.Outside, the apartment offers two pleasant outdoor spaces: a balcony of 5 m² and a terrace of 9 m². On sunny afternoons, these are lovely spots to sit back with a drink, read a book or simply enjoy the open view. Despite the compact size of the apartment, the surrounding scenery creates a spacious and airy feel.Travelling with a little one? A foldable baby cot (60 x 120 cm) and a high chair are available.You have one private parking space at the building. Additional parking is possible on the street with a permit. There is also a bicycle storage area, ideal if you want to explore the surroundings by bike. Please note that there is no charging point for electric cars, and pets are not allowed.

Daily arrivals are possible, except on Sundays. During holiday periods, weekly rentals apply.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, you must leave the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the same location where it was collected.Baby cots, if present, do not include bed linen. Please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. Your booking confirmation will indicate whether this applies to your stay.Overnight visitors must be registered in advance. They may only stay overnight after approval and upon payment of the applicable bed linen and tourist tax charges.Pets are not allowed.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings are available on request.Key pick-up and drop-off: Karreveldstraat 1-A, Koudekerke (Welcome in Zeeland Reception).Please note:  young groups and parties are not allowed.
