There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. "I booked this place bc it was advertised as 3 bedrooms house that can sleep up to 7 people , with beautiful pictures of the house, but when arrived , it was a separate in law apartment in the back with a 1 bedroom , was very disappointed… the place wasn’t clean, dirty dishes and stuff in kitchen cabinets , and 2 overflowed trash barrels out front door. We had to clean the place up before settling in… I wish they have advertised correctly , it was false advertisement I believe …"

El desayuno incluido tuvo muy buen sabor (opción de huevo y extras cada día diferente) fue posible tomar café en cualquier momento del día, gracias a qué había el servicio (gratis) disponible.
La habitación amplia con frigobar, cafetera y microondas, camas cómodas, almohadas suaves y buen servicio de internet.
Pudimos ir caminando al Walmart, además de otras tiendas (Burlington.....)

"We booked last minute in an area we are not familiar with and had a great experience. Traveling with a toddler and a baby, it was very convenient to have the valet and prompt service at check-in. Breakfast the next morning has great variety. The room was clean and spacious. We were very sad we were leaving so soon and just spending one night."

"This is a great property for a quick trip to Tampa. The location is very convenient and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is overall very clean and in good condition. The only thing that I would improve a bit, is the towels, some of them were stained and had hairs stuck to them, we asked for more and they gave them to us immediately. The rooms also have a full kitchen that is very convenient and a full size refrigerator. Overall a very good hotel. "

"Receptionen virkede ligeglad og gad knap hilse, når man kom ind ad døren.
De kunne ikke finde ud af at udprinte en kvittering, hvilket er nødvendigt for at forretningsrejsende. De prøvede sågar at stritte imod, da jeg insisterede på at få dem til at håndskrive en - IKKE meget hjælp at komme efter og de virkede meget ligeglade.
Værelset var i ringe stand og terassedøren var ikke aflåst ved ankomst, hvilket jeg først opdagede på anden dagen. Derudover hang der gamle badshorts på min terasse - og deres terasselampe kunne ikke slukkes, hvorfor hele værelset var oplyst hele natten, da der ikke var mørklægning eller lignende.
Morgenmaden ville jeg ikke engang røre, efter at have set den.
Derudover væltede en palme i poolen under mit besøg, hvilket resulterede i at jeg ikke kunne benytte poolen under mit ophold. Det tog dem et par dage at få den fjernet.
Alt i alt virkede personalet ikke til at ville gide være der - og mit ophold var langt under mine forventninger."
