Room 4 : located on the lower level of the villa, this room is completely independent.

EXTERIOR

The main terrace overlooks the 10*3,5 pool (heated from April to November) and has a bioclimatic pergola, ideal to enjoy the pool while staying cool.

The terrace is very well equipped with a relaxation area, a lounge and a sunbathing area with several sunbeds.

On the other side of the villa, a second space has been converted into a dining area with a plancha, sink and pizza oven.

The garden has been created to ensure that both young and old have a pleasant vacation.

For the little ones, a tree house with a climbing wall, trampoline, games and a swing are available.

For the adults, several corners are arranged to take advantage of the view in peace. A petanque court is also available.

The site is fully fenced with several parking spaces available (max 4)
