It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m 2, an open kitchen equipped, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 700 m 2. The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 60 m2 with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open and equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, fan oven, steam oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, table and iron.

- 4×8m swimming pool (private and heated outside the summer season), secured with an alarm, open from May 1 to October 31. Children must be supervised by a parent at all times when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
