We were in town for a wedding and didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen looked fully equipped. The house was clean and in a quiet location. "The building is gorgeous and the room had some really nice touches. The location to UVA and the Downtown Mall were both really good. My only issue was the TV didn’t work and the room was a little warm. Overall I would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future."

"I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. "Highly Recommended We stayed at this home for a week while in town for a wedding, and it worked very well for our group. The house had plenty of room for seven adults, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and a quiet neighborhood setting.
