The vacation home is located on a quiet side street in the center of Zingst.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the pedestrian zone on Strandstraße with its cozy cafés, restaurants, various bakeries, many small shops and boutiques, the fine-sand beach (800 m), the pier, and the Bodden harbor (400 m).

This modern, bungalow-style vacation home is situated on a 350 m² enclosed lot and features:
a large south-facing terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, and an outdoor fireplace,
a double carport, and a separate, ground-level, lockable bike shed attached to the house with a charging station for 2 e-bikes.
The gate can be easily opened and closed with a remote control.

The living room features a cozy wood-burning stove (guests must provide their own firewood), an internet radio with a CD player, DAB+, FM, and Bluetooth functionality, as well as a TV with access to public media libraries.
Thanks to a new, dedicated fiber-optic connection (100 Mbit/s), a high-performance Wi-Fi network with guest internet access is available.

The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen featuring a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine (Bosch Tassimo), coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, dishes, and various cooking utensils.
The vacation home also features a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Pets are not allowed.

Key pickup takes place at the Zingster Zimmerbörse, Strandstraße 51, by 5:00 p.m.!
