Apartment "Peter" with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Welcome to Förthen, a peaceful village of 90 residents near Zeulenroda in the beautiful Thuringian Vogtland. Our accessible 80-sqm holiday apartment features a cozy open-plan kitchen with two sofas and a dining table, three bedrooms, two toilets, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment accommodates up to six guests; one bed is a folding bed (80 cm wide). Partially covered terrace.



Located in the oldest part of a traditional four-sided farmstead, the apartment has been lovingly renovated by the owner. A parking space is right in front of the house; bicycles and motorbikes can be stored securely and under cover in the courtyard. Shops are available in Zeulenroda or Schleiz, both about 8 km away. A bakery van visits the village weekly.



Amenities: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher (incl. tabs), coffee maker (with coffee and filters), basic spices, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, central heating with radiators in all rooms. Garden furniture and sunshade on the terrace, sandbox, table tennis for adults.



Included: bed linen, towels, bin bags, toilet paper, kitchen roll, hand soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, Wi-Fi, parking, utilities. On request: washing machine, dryer (outside the apartment, in the owner’s area), cot, high chair, barbecue (for an extra charge).



Arrival: 3:00–8:00 p.m. Departure by 10:00 a.m. Other times possible by arrangement. Key handover in person or the key will be in the door.



View: courtyard garden. Pets not allowed. Smoking only permitted on the outdoor bench in the courtyard. Very quiet, child-friendly location.
