Iraeta is a very quiet neighborhood of Zestoa that is located near the Gipuzkoan coast, less than 15 minutes from tourist areas such as Zarautz or Zumaia, and close to access to the highway and main roads. Sabea is a spacious apartment for five people, located in a private residential area that has its own garage and access to a community swimming pool that is free to use during the summer months, making it an ideal place to forget about parking problems and where you can enjoy a bath and moments of sun, in a quiet urbanization that will be at your entire disposal. In addition, and without moving the car, you can take the bus that is less than 200 meters away to go without parking worries to coastal places with beaches such as San Sebastián, Zarautz or Zumaia.
