"Great property - great experience. So close to the lifts, plenty of options for food, the 21 grotto was amazing. And the free welcome drinks were a nice touch. The only con is the parking facility. The maneuverability is tight, exiting is extremely difficult and there is no way for 2 cars to pass each other when traversing though to find your spot. Very difficult for larger vehicles.
But a fantastic stay otherwise! We will be back."

"Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!"

" This condo is a true gem! Was more than satisfied with the location and service. Very clean and modern new condo. Views are amazing. A little further from downtown Breckenridge, but within a five minute drive. Full kitchen with two bedrooms two private bathrooms. The master bedroom had an en suite large bathroom. Made our stay that much better. Did not want to leave and will definitely come back.."

"Great stop for the night as we were coming down from Crested Butte before heading to the airport. Staff was friendly, accommodating, very organized and our room was just what we needed. Nice gym, with hot tubs, and a great little coffee shop!"

"The property was spread out in several buildings. It was easy to find our building and room, by using a map given to use.
We had to pay $15 for the parking garage but did not use the garage at all. I asked for credit back since I didn't use but was refused.

Very close to shopping and dining. 4 minute walk to gondola ride to ski slopes and 4 o’clock run ends directly across the street to ski back to condo at end of your day. No need to drive to slopes and fight for parking. Excellent option for 2 person stay. "

"Perfect location! River Walk is right behind you! Main Street is only a block away so you can literally walk everywhere. Our unit was right above the restaurant so was a little noisy but only until 9:00 pm…..so not bad"

"Fantastic condo along the Riverwalk just off of Main Street in Breckenridge— our family had plans to hike two 14ers on consecutive days and this was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge between hikes— loved the hot tub/pool and the spacious condo! Also loves that we could walk to Main Street for dinner. Perfect for our needs! "

"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful.
However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention:
- the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor
- the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed
- the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush
We took care of those issues...
