The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Zempin lies at Usedom's narrowest point, right in the middle of the island. This central location makes it an excellent base for exploring Usedom by car, bike or the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway. The former fishing village has a gently shelving, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser lagoon (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. The new seafront promenade, with a large open-air stage, is set in the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea. Concerts are held here regularly during the summer months. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. Zempin is one of Usedom's smallest seaside resorts, so visitor numbers remain modest. The village exudes peace and relaxation in every season, with an almost family-like atmosphere.



The accommodation has 3 rooms for up to 6 guests: a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Pets are welcome. There is a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub. Free parking spaces are available in the underground garage and the car park. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.
