The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Zempin lies at Usedom's narrowest point, in the centre of the island. This central location lets you explore Usedom by car, bicycle or the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway. The former fishing village has a gently shelving, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser lagoon (Usedom Nature Park) on the other. The new seafront promenade, with its large open-air stage, lies in the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea. Concerts take place regularly here in summer. Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience. Zempin is one of Usedom's smallest seaside resorts, so visitor numbers remain modest. It offers peace, relaxation and a welcoming, family atmosphere all year round.



The accommodation has 3 rooms for up to 6 guests: a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 3 balconies. The bathroom has a rain shower, and a washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A travel cot and high chair are provided for families. A radio is also available. Free parking is available in the underground garage and outdoor parking spaces.



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and a freezer compartment. An initial supply of soap and toilet paper is provided.
