Here you will enjoy fabulous holidays surrounded by a beautiful landscape, away from traffic noise and with breathtaking views of the Zillertal Alps.

We are located just outside of Zell am Ziller in quiet surroundings. The ski area Zillertal Arena is easily accessible by car (approx. 5 minutes), or you can take advantage of the free ski bus, which stops just 150 meters from our house and runs multiple times a day.

Directly in front of our house there is an extensive cross-country ski track. However there are plenty of other things to do: you can stroll alongside the Ziller river or spend your time with Nordic Walking, biking or hiking. In our vicinity (approx. 20 minutes by foot) there is an impressive via ferrata called ‘Talbach Klettersteig’. Just a few minutes away from our house you will find the Freizeitpark Zell, a truly exciting facility that offers a variety of activities for children as well as for adults. There is a fun miniature golf course, tennis courts (in- and outdoor), beach volleyball courts, a public swimming pool and a large playground. During the winter months there is also an ice rink. The surrounding area is the perfect place to spend your unforgettable holidays with your family.

We offer 6 very well equipped and spacious apartments that can accommodate 2 to 8 persons and 1 double bedroom, all with free WIFI. Furthermore, there is free parking directly in front of the house as well as a ski room with ski-boots dryer can be used free of charge.
